I want to say a BIG, HUGE thank you to your Cameron for doing such a marvellous job on Sound of Music. I received many compliments regarding the sound, particularly the balance between vocals & orchestra (a lot of people seemed to think that was the MD's doing!), and also regarding the overall orchestral sound. In fact one of the harshest critics I know of amplified orchestras was quite happy with the sound - so in the absence of being able to judge myself (since I was up the back the whole time) I will take that as proof positive of a job exceptionally well done. At the same time Cameron was extremely easy to work with and consistently good-humoured.

I wanted to write and thank you and the team for all the work on Ballads.
You and the guys have made an extraordinary difference over the past 3
shows to get Gav's work sounding great. I know the first day was above and
beyond and everyone pulled together to deliver a good product but what has
been so encourageing is the commitment to improve with every run. Fitz has
in particular really driven the mix and it improves all the time.
Thanks for all your assistance and I have really enjoyed working with you
and hope it happens again in the not too distant future.

Just a short note to let you know that the sound for this year's Hornsby Gang Show was exemplary and was commented upon by visiting people from elsewhere in Sydney, interstate and NZ. The comment that summed it up was "it was nice to hear every word that every person spoke. I would like my people to talk to your people." Tom did a fabulous job on the desk handling not just sound fx and video clips but as you know there is no harder show to mix than the Gang Show (revue style with up to 24 different items and a cast of 100 kids) where up to 16 radio mics are shared and changed from person to person every few minutes. Again thanks.
Andy Davis, Technical Director, Hornsby Gang Show July 2009

I have been so pleased with every aspect of the sound for this production."
Kate Early, Director, Abbotsleigh, April 2009
"To Simon and all the Daves,
When I was told we had Loud and Clear on this job I was so relieved!
Thank you for working magic in such a short time.
Your work is amazing and very much appreciated. I hope the next few shows give you all
the sense of pride you deserve. On top of all that you are a bunch of top guys.
Thanks!"
Tyran Parke, Director, Jekyll & Hyde, NDAC March 2009

Bev Kennedy, Artshub, AIDA October 2008

"Just a quick note (wish I had more time) to say "what a brilliant job" to you, Teague and Kathryn.
The sound for Sunday in the Park was wonderful.
Teague and Kathryn are exceptional people - very dedicated and so easy to work with. I know the cast very much appreciated their presence on the project.
Once again, thank you - such a small phrase that barely covers how much I appreciate what Loud and Clear did for the show."
David Hollywood, Producer,
Q Theatre Company

"Just thought I'd say that your sound dudes are awesome! Not that this is a new revelation for me, but this show I have noticed their professionalism so much more! It's so important to have people you can rely on to do a fabulous job and they arrive and do their thing without a hitch!"
Tamara Smith, Director, SYMT

"The show was a great success, in no small measure to the relationship that your staff established with the company.
Many of my students have commented on their easy and productive working relationship with Jess and she in her turn spoke to me of the pleasure she took in working with them. Teague was very helpful to me personally with lighting issues, above and beyond the call of his own responsibilities on sound. And the sound was very good indeed, despite the potential of cyclonic conditions on Tuesday night and the very real Arctic winds on Wednesday night.
I trust the association between Casimir and Loud and Clear may continue. Please pass on to both Teague and Jess our very real appreciation for their part in our show's success."
Geoff Cartwright, Casimir College

"David,
Jo and all the sensational crew at Loud and Clear
have miked me in over 27 lead roles
during the last 10 years. They have also provided the
sound for 4 productions that I have directed. Throughout
all
of these productions I have found Loud and Clear Audio
to be
exemplary
in their work and dedication to the show. They are
fair on price, helpful with advice, trustworthy, brilliant
at
trouble
shooting in difficult venues and all round seasoned
professionals. Their equipment is of the highest standard
and under
the leadership of David Betterridge their service is second
to none. I wouldn't
hesitate to call on them for any production or event."

"On behalf the McDonald College I wanted to extend our sincerest thanks
for the truly sensational job Loud and Clear did for our recent musical.
The service
you provided was not only friendly but highly professional. Any little
problems that occurred were fixed efficiently and without fuss. I would like
to say
that I will be spreading the good word about Loud and Clear, but I have
a sneaky suspicion that everyone in Sydney already knows how good the company
is.
Once again, a very big thanks to you all."
Peter Kraft,
Head of Music, The McDonald College
"I just want to thank you for doing such a
wonderful job with Jekyll and Hyde. You are working this nightmare radio
mic show with ease and skill,
and as always have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Congratulations
on your 200th show! Loud and Clear have been instrumental in the success of
countless community groups and productions, bringing them (and me) a professional
sound with friendliness and fun."
Jane Miskovic, Director

"Thanks to David, Jo and the Loud & Clear team for their professionalism and continued support. Stage Artz is working hard to continue raising the bar of youth theatre, and Loud & Clear is an important part of our production team. The kindness and respect shown by the Loud & Clear technicians to my young cast members is both appreciated and reciprocated. The students feel privileged to be working with and learning from such skilled professionals... and so do I. In this unpredictable world of musical theatre, it is a comfort to know that Loud & Clear are always behind us!!! THANK YOU!"
Samantha Neaves, Director - Stage Artz

"I just wanted to send you a quick email to tell you how impressed we all were with Penny and Teague.
They were amazing! We couldn't have been happier with the outcome of the show and a lot of that is thanks to their professionalism, dedication and brilliance! It was a pleasure to work with them. We are currently planning our next production and we are hoping Penny and Teague can come back and work with us again!
Thanks again to you and your brilliant staff."
Rosanna Zumbo, Director - StageTek

"This is a personal thankyou from a very grateful
SYMT member who welcomed the presence of a professional audio company at
our recent production of 42nd
Street. Our performers could be heard all of the time. Our band was properly
mixed through the desk. The friendly technicians arrived on time and acted
professionally. The cast weren't terrified of their mics failing and knew that
if anything went wrong, there were people standing by to help. The show could
be heard by all our audience from the front to the back of the auditorium.
The list goes on and on... all of it positive. Thank you."
Karen Jones,
SYMT

"I don't think I have ever been to a $70 plus
per ticket professional show were the vocals and music were any better than
Willoughby Musical Society's
Secret Garden. The whole sound was CD quality."
Richard Irwin
